I will dominate 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.

Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.

Former two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.

Boxer's Attitude

"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."

Respectful Exchange

In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.

Paul instead criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Fury

Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Jake Paul's Background

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.

He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Success

Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning substantial paydays.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.

"It will be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul said.

Size Disparity

As both boxers participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
